Founded in 1994 by Muhammad Iqbal and Qazi Khalid Usman in Serai Naurang (Lakki Marwat), I&U Networks began its journey with a small distribution of Honey Biscuits from International Foods Pvt. Limited. With a steadfast commitment to service and trust, the company expanded in 1998 through a strategic partnership with SM Foods Pvt. Limited, acquiring exclusive distribution rights across Northern Pakistan. Growth continued with new alliances — Volka Food International in 2009, Silver Lake Foods & Modern Hygienic Industries in 2020 (representing Rompers and Snappies baby care brands), and Ana & Batla Industries (One of the largest manufacturers of Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers & Sanitary Napkins in Pakistan) in 2021.

Today, I&U Networks stands as a leading distribution and logistics partner, offering in-house digital platform for Sales team, Comprehensive 3PL solutions, advanced warehousing facilities, and robust distribution channels across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) in the north region of Pakistan — driving efficiency, reliability, and growth through innovation and smart logistics.
